At Chaos To Clarity we conduct many internal and client meetings online. One of the benefits of holding meetings online with local clients is to avoid the horrible traffic of the D.C. Metro area. Online meetings also allow us to branch out geographically and work with clients across the country.
There are several web conferencing services, but we chose GoToMeeting for our online meetings because:
- it’s from a division of Citrix Systems which has a solid history of secure remote access and other applications,
- it’s user-friendly,
- it works on a Mac,
- it works on Firefox,
- there are no long-term contracts, and
- its cost is reasonable.
