Tracey Holinka, MS, is Chaos To Clarity’s Senior Web Designer and Developer and Managing Partner. She began working with the Web more than 14 years ago and quickly discovered that users are often left out of the design equation. Tracey has remained focused on making the Web and other technology more approachable for people ever since—especially for the least technically savvy.
