Jo Golden, MS, PhD specializes in education, communication, and moving through conflict around learning and change in a digital world. She is our lead Digital Strategist, Educator, and Web Content Wrangler who creates business, Web, and content strategies that shape easy-to-navigate website structures and convey compelling business brand stories.
Jo excels at working with entrepreneurs and small businesses that are ready to succeed with the Web. She is a skilled communicator and educator who guides clients through the inevitable changes in business strategy, workflow, and the use of tech tools that accompany a new web presence or the addition of social networking / media to the mix.
She believes in starting wherever you are and establishing confidence, competence, and practical self-education strategies for the future. Preparing you to make informed decisions in the future is important to her as a strategist and an educator. Jo values clear communication and provides step-by-step project guidance when needed. Expect her to keep your brand story, goals, and best interests in mind throughout your project.
For more than 14 years Jo has developed innovative approaches to self-education and intentional change, especially while teaching at Georgetown University for 4 years. She is also a Conflict Specialist who works extensively with the complex interplay of identity, social conflict, and technological change around knowledge work and the rise of the Social Web.
