Dr. Jo Golden is our lead Digital Strategist, Educator, and Web Content Wrangler who specializes in education, communication, and moving through conflict around learning and change in a digital world. She specializes in creating business, Web, and content strategies that shape easy-to-navigate website structures and convey compelling business brand stories.
Jo excels at working with entrepreneurs and small businesses that are ready to succeed with the Web. She is a skilled communicator and educator who guides clients through the inevitable changes in business strategy, workflow, and the use of tech tools that accompany a new web presence or the addition of social networking / media to the mix.
Tracey Holinka, MS is Chaos To Clarity’s Senior Web Designer and Developer and Managing Partner. She began working with the Web more than 14 years ago and quickly discovered that users are often left out of the design equation. Tracey has remained focused on making the Web and other technology more approachable for people ever since—especially for the least technically savvy.
As a WordPress expert, Tracey implements custom designs for our clients as well as creating widgets and plugins to solve problems and provide the best possible website. As a social scientist, Tracey brings a rigorous methodology to problem solving and troubleshooting while her approach to streamlining Web processes increases efficiency and helps them leverage their technological tools effectively. Making life easier for website owners is essential to her practice–from providing clear explanations to planning for the technical future of their web presence, Tracey takes initiative, thinks ahead, and implements needed changes.
