Chaos To Clarity LLC is a women-owned small business founded in 2003. We deliver Digital Survival™ and Digital Success™ education in-person and online through one-on-one coaching, bootcamps, workshops, seminars, teleconferences, and public talks. Our Web services include creating, refining, and maintaining websites and blogs, in addition to managing social media logistics for professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers, small businesses, and nonprofits.

We've been working in education, communication, and web presence development since 1997 and our experience led to a commitment to the ideas and practice of intentional self-education. We believe that success in a digital world often requires changing your relationship to technology and learning—whether you're acting as a private individual, professional, or business owner.

Educating for Digital Success™ goes beyond survival to teach you: new patterns of thinking, how to become a more successful knowledge worker, strategies and skills for learning on-demand, how to make better decisions about technology, have a web presence that works, and manage your social networking.

Principals

Jo Golden Jo Golden, MS PhD, specializes in education, communication, and moving through conflict around learning and change in the digital world. She works with adults from 18–80+ who want to change their relationship to technology by learning how to take full advantage of living in a digital world. Jo believes in starting from wherever people are and working with them to establish confidence, competence, and practical self-education strategies for the future. She has refined her approach to education over the past 12 years, particularly during her 4 years teaching at Georgetown University.

As an outgrowth of our web services, she also supports clients as a digital strategist and serves as our web content wrangler—helping professionals, small businesses, nonprofits, and associations both structure and tell compelling stories on the Web using websites, blogs, and social media. Tracey Holinka Tracey Holinka, MS, supports clients by teaching how to make the most of computers and the Internet while getting your business or professional self online. She began her career as a Web professional more than 12 years ago and quickly developed a passion for creating easy-to-use, functional, user-focused technologies. Before starting Chaos To Clarity LLC, she worked as a Senior Web Developer, creating innovative web development tools and cutting-edge approaches to programming, procedures, and applications.

As our Technology Specialist, she steers projects and provides advanced computer coaching to clients in addition to creating compelling websites and blogs.
